Every Representative, and Senator who voted "yes" on that TARP Bill that was rushed through congress should be asked to resign, and if they do not, they should be Removed from office For Violation of an oath that they all took to uphold the Constitution. It was un Constitutional to Pass any Bill without having adequate time to review the details of that bill. And As for Obama, He Failed to meet the deadline of twelve O'clock to be sworn in, instead he waited to be sworn in properly at eight hours later, So I Don't see how he can be held liable to the oath of office, since his oath of office was illegal to begin with. If you put any credence at all in the legitimacy of the Constitution. And look at all the facts, then we are legally without a President at this very moment. So How can you impeach a non President.
When Every Serviceman in all branches of the Armed Forces takes the Oath of Service, The Constitution for them no longer exists, They then fall under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Which is a much higher standard. To Violate this Code, During War time, Is a trip to the Firing Squad. During Peace time it is normally off to Leavenworth if found Guilty. A service man has to spend 20 years of Honorable service to get a fraction of what the elected Government Officials get in Four years of service, And the Government Officials are not apparently held to any standards at all, Not even oath of office. I think They Should be.

I think we all have the same or similar complaints.
The real question of the century is HOW do we effect a change back to a Constitutional Republic.
The question is HOW.
How!
How!
How!
Constitutionally based, Ps&Vs based action. That is how.
But...
I have made several practical suggestions here and on the official site. I get few responses and no offers of help. Not really even (many) posts of polite disagreement or alternative suggestions.
Everyone just wants to complain an very few care to actually DO anything.
We have gotten and are going to get exactly what we deserve.
I don't think it is that people are unwilling to help, I think they doubt the effectiveness of such a measure. I think that allot of people have different measures in their mind on how to effect the changes that are needed, but don't want to discuss them quite yet.
There is a way to make a group on the forum, if you start one to put together this "redress of grievances" I will join, and hopefully others as well. We have to exhaust all possible measures before proceeding to more rash actions.

I hear ya!
That day is coming... and frankly we are not really ready on many levels.
Sorry about the previous post - just venting some frustration.
I'll set up a group and see where it goes...

Doc, I really dont think people are that unwilling, I believe, or at least I have to believe, that most are like me and dont know HOW to help. Dont have a clue what to do, or what they can do. I could be wrong, but in my case that is my issue. What can I actually do? How can I help? Especially considering my situation in that I am not stationary in a community, unless you consider truck stop restaurants a community. So many people are pulling different ways. Do this, do that, try this.... a person doesnt know which way to go and how they would be most effective.

We have to demand that our tax payer dollars that we send to them for their paycheck, be used to represent us, We The People, and not some foreign lobiest. We do this By writting, until they are tired of hearing from us, We do this with our Vote, If they are not representing our wishes, Clean the Whole house out if neccessary with your vote, We tend to keep putting in the same Elected Officials Time after Time, and this is where it gets us, :rolleyes:VOTE THEM OUT Talk to others, Get them to vote them out. or at least try. Buy American, If you can Find it. Don't Cater to the loosers. We Deserve a lot better than what I am seeing offered as a Representative. I demand better. After all I'm Paying for it. and so are you.
