Good Afternoon Ladies and Gents,
Found this a little while ago and wanted to share it with you all. What if tax revenues from the respective states were kept in house so to speak for states to do with according to their own needs? What if states were to say to D.C. regarding Block Grants, thank you, no? What if states were to say to D.C. regarding Unfunded Mandates, sorry, no cigar?
