How can the politicians look into TV cameras day after day and tell the lie that the government takeover of health care will be more efficient than private insurance, while at the same time they’re planning to create 111 new bureaucracies of command and control? All this just to cover 12-15 million people?
Only 40% of Medicare goes to paying benefits, 60% goes to bureaucracy – wanna’ guess how much is left of the new plan’s money after paying bureaucrats in 111 agencies and departments? No private corporation could survive with 60% overhead. Our country won’t survive if this lunacy isn’t stopped!
By the way, Medicare is $32 Trillion in debt! And Medicaid is caving to corruption. And they’ve stolen our social security for decades to pay for all sorts of boondoggles.
If any of you REALLY believe that government can do anything better, maybe you should take a close look at Venezuela, Iran, Zimbabwe, etc…, or move to one of those countries for a while.
